This year, my interactions with their front office have been extremely unsatisfactory. Whenever I try to schedule an appointment with Dr. Venkat, they repeatedly switch me to another doctor and appear to promote other physicians in the practice. When I reached out to ask for an explanation, they abruptly ended the call, stating they didn’t want to argue without proper information about the appointment.
