Hi. Me again. This place is still useless. Its one thing to be selling medical devices that, at month one was coming apart, and broke in the second month. But to have employees with zero clue about customer service, while you can hear the drool falling out the side of their mouths really was the proverbial pièce de résistance. Do yourself a favor and pretend this place doesn't exist. You'll get just as much good out of them as I have.
I wish I had 1,000 Gmail accounts to get my point across with how much of a joke these people are. Wants me to give them my brace (one that I have to wear virtually 24/7 while I'm still recovering from surgery) so they can ship it to the manufacturer and have me wait 7-10 days for an answer. If you have United Health Care. Do NOT pay up front for diabetic shoes. There is only one pair of shoes UHC will pay for. However, they will not tell you that.Also. This business is not BBB accredited!
If I could give a 0, I most definitely would. I now understand why this business has a 2.6 rating. Went in a couple of months ago for an AFO brace, they helped me and told me I was eligible for a new one through my Insurance in October. They were amazing and helped me fix the brace and told me I would need a prescription from my doctor. I have been going to Southern since April.. My doctor sent a fax to them. Three later weeks l called and was told that the fax was not received. I called my doctor and listened as the fax was sent, i called again no fax. i called back two weeks later; the fax was at the bottom of a pile. Sidney has worked with me. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The last two visits the inserts could not be found. Nor was I ever called about the insert coming. in. I am extremely upset and disappointed.
