Hi. Me again. This place is still useless. Its one thing to be selling medical devices that, at month one was coming apart, and broke in the second month. But to have employees with zero clue about customer service, while you can hear the drool falling out the side of their mouths really was the proverbial pièce de résistance. Do yourself a favor and pretend this place doesn't exist. You'll get just as much good out of them as I have.
I wish I had 1,000 Gmail accounts to get my point across with how much of a joke these people are. Wants me to give them my brace (one that I have to wear virtually 24/7 while I'm still recovering from surgery) so they can ship it to the manufacturer and have me wait 7-10 days for an answer. If you have United Health Care. Do NOT pay up front for diabetic shoes. There is only one pair of shoes UHC will pay for. However, they will not tell you that.Also. This business is not BBB accredited!
