We are new to condo ownership. Our building is 19 years old. Sandro of Southern Mechanical Services gave us a clear tutorial on how our heating/cooling system works, replaced a part related to the heating coil, installed a new thermostat and serviced our fireplace. He was meticulous, professional and super courteous. Thank you!

I caution anyone who is thinking of contacting southern mechanical for anything. My experience with southern mechanical is horrendous. They installed a new heat pump in 2024. I called because the blower motor was making a grinding sounds infrequently. The person said its most likely bearings and the motor would need to be replaced. The worker took photos and said he will check on the warranty. I never heard back from him. I was extremely fortunate that Southern Mechanical Plumbing sent their service tech, Elliott to remove my old hot water tank and install a new one. It was a difficult task but Elliott did an absolutely phenomenal job. His knowledge and professionalism are greatly appreciated.
