I can tell they are not use to people asking questions. I only came in to avoid going to urgent care for a self inflicted ear clog. I asked him to check my ear. He immediately asks me to take blood work. He ALWAYS ask for me to take blood work. Last time I was billed. It was not a routine exam it. Now I have to make another appointment. I have been seeing Dr. Craig Washington for the last 2 years & he was the only reason I've stayed. Dr. Washington has since left the practice and I've been trying to get an appointment with Dr. Steele for over 2 months. They never answer the phone, the appointments are so far out it makes it hard to wait to be seen when issues are urgent. They have to do better.
They are not even worthy of 1 star. This medical group did not take my mom’s medical issues seriously. She was in the hospitalized due to sepsis in her kidneys, kidney disease, and heart failure. My father and I repeatedly called to schedule a follow up visit with Dr. Steele. My mom’s blood pressure was dangerously high which worried us, the home care nurse, and therapist.
