Man for the past 3 months I’ve had one on one coaching with Matthew Strong and it’s been beyond exceptional. I came with shoulder ailments and he has not only help relieve my discomfort I’ve strengthened my shoulders. We worked out 3x a week for 30 minutes a day. In that small time I’ve increased my endurance and strength while losing weight. It’s definitely the best coaching I ever had. He was always punctual, pleasant and motivating.
