Company practices home warranty fraud. Do not use. Company was contacted on 9 November for a heating issue. After technician (I think is the owner) showed up everything was normal on the first visit. When he left he stated there was a Freon issue. He said he would contact the warranty company and get the work order approved. When I called the warranty company a few days later they said that I was approved for a new condenser but would have to pay $400 for additional items that were not covered. I approved the work order.
