The staff was very professional.
The nurse who greeted me in the IR. She gave clear instructions of the before, during & after the procedure. She was pleasant and proficient. This is why I love Medstar.
I had a medical procedure completed at Southern Maryland Hospital. All of the staff from registration to the set up before the procedure were extremely friendly and helpful. The medical personnel before the procedure took the time to talk to me and address all of my concerns. The doctor came in and was very patient and explained everything to me. I'm very thankful from the kindness and the wonderful care. .
