My experience at Medstar SMH was great. The registration process was 5 stars and she walked me to the wait area. The Nurse who escorted me to the imaging room was very nice and explained what to expect for my scan and what effects would occur. I was comfortable during my scan. I would highly recommend to others. Thank you staff!
Ms. Kashere Kidd did a great job with the lumber puncture. She went above and beyond for me!!! Thank you!!
Check was easy. The procedure went well, the young lady was very nice and explained every step. At the end she explained what she saw and showed me the problem area. She was very professional.
The personnel conducting the test and prep were extremely nice and patient.
