The technician was professional and friendly. The appointment was delayed, but the gentleman in radiology came out at my appointment time and apologized for the delay. The procedure went well. The technician provided good instructions to me. Everyone from the information desk to radiology was very pleasant. The environment was clean. I recommend Medstar Health at SOMD.
I will never go back to southern maryland hospital the people were nice but I was not pleased with the service. I was the for a ct scan with contrast and while I was in the machine they started the contrast in my iv and it went into my arm tissue not in the vein lime it was supposed to my arm was in extreme pain and extremely swollenand I was having very bad chest pains and all they did was sign paper give me an ice bag and said I'd be better in a couple hours and not to worry about my chest even though im in there for a min... read more
My visit to Medstar Southern MD Radiology Department was Awesome. Daisy was the BEST technician ever! Daisy was extremely professional, caring and kind!!!!!
