I just wanna give a big thank you to the team! The Doctor and nurses were so incredibly kind and helpful. I had three wisdom teeth removed, which really freaked me out and they walked me through everything, explained the anesthesia process the extraction held my hand through the whole thing and I honestly just wanna say thank you from the bottom of my heart because it really had me freaking out and you guys took really good care of me!
I took my niece for a consultation for Wisdom tooth extraction . We arrived and were not told in advance to bring guardianship paperwork to this appt. The receptionist was rude and nasty and claimed that this information was sent on the reminder for the appointment, she stated that we would need to reschedule this appointment. I took off a half day off from work and my niece left school early. This is was not mentioned before, the receptionist wanted to argue . We walked out and refused to reschedule. Called to be seen for wisdom tooth removal. After looking at my insurance website, they were listed. The receptionist argued me down and was very nonchalant about the fact that they do not take my insurance- when it’s listed on the website that they do. One star because the receptionist I spoke with did not have to talk to me the way she did- it’s insane.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. THEY WILL OVER OVERCHARGE YOU. They will not provide a good faith estimate of services provided. They over charge me over $1000 for wisdom removal. I do not recommend this location for any service.
