I had a great experience getting my wisdom teeth out by Dr. Knight. I’m not from this area, so I am making this review to alleviate any anxiety others may have who don’t have existing connections around here. Dr. Knight made sure to address all of my concerns during the consult, and I so appreciate that he informed me of my options and his professional recommendation without trying to influence my decision. I just wanna give a big thank you to the team! The Doctor and nurses were so incredibly kind and helpful. I had three wisdom teeth removed, which really freaked me out and they walked me through everything, explained the anesthesia process the extraction held my hand through the whole thing and I honestly just wanna say thank you from the bottom of my heart because it really had me freaking out and you guys took really good care of me!
I took my niece for a consultation for Wisdom tooth extraction . We arrived and were not told in advance to bring guardianship paperwork to this appt. The receptionist was rude and nasty and claimed that this information was sent on the reminder for the appointment, she stated that we would need to reschedule this appointment. I took off a half day off from work and my niece left school early. This is was not mentioned before, the receptionist wanted to argue . We walked out and refused to reschedule.
