Very short wait time to be seen and all the staff are professional and friendly
This place Sucks I had a 8:15am appointment on 5/23/25. I called them in told I'll be running late because of DMV traffic that everybody's Knows could be bad on any given day. I arrived at 8:35 was told my 15-minute Grace period has expired. I did not receive a call from them telling me that I only had a 15-minute Grace period. If I didn't make it I will have to reschedule my appointment. That sucks. The next appointment they try to give me was a month and a half later I waited a month to get an appointment. Nobody cared. Excellent service with Dr. Pointer!!
Dr. Coleman is the best podiatrist on the East Coast. She takes her time with her patients, explaining and answering all of our questions. She's never in a rush. Dr. Coleman makes me feel that I am the only one who matters at that particular time. This is why I chose to travel an hour and a half to see her. #thebestpodiatrist
