People who have never owned a bunny often don't understand how you can become so attached to them...because it's not a cat or dog a lot of people just don't understand the amazing bond and relationship you create with your rabbit. Finding a vet who cares, respects and understands that bond can be difficult. SMHSM got us in with an appointment the very next day after calling. The Dr ford was kind and knowledgeable and I feel very comfortable choosing them as my new vet for my rabbits and future rabbits
The team here is absolutely wonderful! They are small animal experts and lovers. They have always treated my rabbit Oreo with care and respect. I know that I can always count on them to respond quickly and give Oreo the best care possible. Thank you all for all you do, and for creating a space for our small pets!
Dr Matt and his wife were both amazing!! They both have so much compassion for their job and clients . They went above and beyond when I came to their office 2 hours early and disrupted their lunch because my rabbit’s condition had gotten worse. This is by far the most knowledgeable and attentive veterinary team I have ever come across for litte ones. I've kept small animals for over 30 years and this is my first experience where the team knows more than I do about their care and care options. Dr. Ford was friendly, pleasant, handled my rat with the utmost care. My rat took to the tech, Lisa, almost better than she does with me.
