After being told for several days that my 1 year old son wasn’t really sick enough to need to see a provider, he was finally seen on Tuesday morning. As of Wednesday at 3pm, results for his tests are still not available. I would have thought that being a pediatricians office, sick children would be a priority for these people.
Professional, courteous, and always putting the kids first. Thank you.
We’re going elsewhere as I just can’t take the complete lack of care and communication anymore.

I’m always treated with the most respect! My son loves everyone there. Sorry to see Dr. Lisa go but we will stay! Also whenever I have a question on myChart they always answer me within the hour!
