One star is being generous. The worst service I’ve ever experienced. All the doctor did for a routine exam was take blood pressure and then decided to bill the appointment as a “problem” visit because diet was discussed, which of course is not covered 100% by insurance leaving me responsible. Never in my life have I been billed for a routine physical exam. My family will not be back. Avoid Maine Health at all costs!
Have been going here for many years. Always greeted with a smile, taken in for appt on time and never had any issues. Everyone working here is always kind and helpful.
They treat chronic pain patients like crap . I stopped going back after they took my vicodin away for pain and wanted to give me antidepressants and been dealing with chronic pain for five years and was told I got a pain syndrome that won't go away so avoid these doctors . They don't help they harm.

Nice enough people, however, lacking in knowledge or skill to perform the general healthcare duties of someone who normally carries the title of 'doctor'/'healthcare professional'. Dangerously lacking, in my opinion. I have a laundry list of examples I could give... Go elsewhere if you want medical advice/care you'll actually benefit from.
