As a business man who have done business here. My experience there was very unprofessional. How do you not allow a customer to say what they need before the secretary throws her nasty attitude at you and hangs the phone up in your face. Not to mention never gave me a quote. Our company has done a lot of business here over the years but their service has really dropped off. After three attempts to pick up an interior door that is still not correct , decided it would be best to shop somewhere else. If you're gonna have sales associates at the front counter, be sure to educate them first, just saying!
