Horrible service and experience! The property was not cleaned before I moved in and repairs have not been made even though they were noted during the walk-through.
So far we've been in a house we're renting and there's something going on with the power. The bath in the master bedroom had no electricity for two days then suddenly came back on. We've had no heat for the last 2 days and it was 27 degrees last night! We have two small kids. I called Michelle twice, my wife called once, absolutely no response. Highly unprofessional on their part. I just wanted to know what to do about the heat.
