The residents received notice that rent was going not up to $25.00 more but $100.00 more each month. I would like to know what merit this increase? Also I would like to know does this mean the park won't have to experience the grass growing taller than what the city ordinance allows? The previous manager use to have the trailers power-washed as well as paying someone to go around and keep the park clean. I think the office manager is racist and discriminating. I came to put in an application and forgot my id therefore I wasn’t able to tour at the trailer home.I turned around, came back with my ID and she tells me that someone else who wanted the trailer brought there deposit as soon as a left Which I highly doubt. She turned me away and kept insisting that I go to bayou estates. Bayou estates yard looks very rundown and consist of more people in my race group.
