I have consistently had a fantastic experience with Southern Lifts. The team is knowledgeable, helpful, and supportive throughout the entire process, from consultation and planning to delivery and ongoing after-sales service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable lift supplier.
Excellent service from Southern Lifts! Professional, reliable, and easy to deal with from start to finish. The team did a great job and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality service
Southern Lifts were due to service our lift between 12.00 noon and 2.00pm today. At 2.16 pm we phoned Southern Lifts to discover they were not coming. They claimed to have phoned once but there was no message left. Southern Lifts need to realise that it is not all about them and that customers are important to all businesses. Try some courteous service and persist to contact your clients or at least leave a message. We wasted 2 hours today waiting for the Phantom Lift Company to turn up. What a waste of time !!!!
Southern Lifts consistently delivers high quality products backed by excellent service and support. Pete and Stan from the sales department have been outstanding to work with professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction make every project run smoothly. A great team and a company we are always happy to work with. Highly recommended.
Pete is an excellent human. Knowledgeable, friendly, great energy and enthusiasm for what he does. You can feel the passion and pride he takes in not only his work but in everything he does. He is someone I can rely on.
