SLB built a porch for me that needed to be replaced, and they completed the job in a timely manner that fit my schedule. On days when I couldn't be there, they had no problem working independently. I have had the worst experience from day one. I was informed this company had done several screened in decks at North Topsail. I was also shown pictures. Once the crew (2people one in training) arrived after 10:00 stopped for lunch at 12 then left at 4 it took 2 weeks to complete project. The deck was done so sloppy. Cheap materials were used. Caulking was not complete. Bees nest was left screened in, no way to get it out unless screen is removed. I point it out to the worker. It was an old nest. When the inspector came he w... read more

We love our new Sun porch! Southern Leisure Builders did a fantastic job in converting our all deck into a roof covered screened in porch! Its really beautiful and it's going to be perfect for warmer weather! No mosquitos or bugs will get through the fine screen SLB installed. The workers were professional and cleaned up after themselves as well. It only took about a week to build after all the peices were cut to precision size. I am absolutely thrilled! SLB transformed my aging screened-in ~110 sq ft porch into a beautiful and customized sunroom. Opting for the larger exterior door and the TEMO Premier view with nearly floor-to-ceiling windows made sense so I could enjoy my space year-round.
