We contracted with SLB to add an elevated 10x20 screened-in porch. Tony was amazing with bringing our vision room into a reality. Gary, the project manager, was astute with ensuring the structure was properly constructed. The crew contracted to build the deck and underpining did an amazing job, and Patrick and his crew completed the screened-in portion with precise detail. Extending my patio did not go as planned. While they did a good job on the roof, my concrete slab was not stamped and an overlay was done instead. Now I have a skating rink as a patio and painted concrete. Not one time did they even come out to inspect the project, just phone calls and me sending pictures. Now I am stuck paying for a project that is crap. I will never use this company ever again. So many reasons to enclose your porch! Dust, noise, security… We love our porch. Tony reviewed the options with us. We talked about price. Once we made our choices the ordering process started. The waiting period was just enough time to allow us to pressure wash and do some sanding and touch up painting. We are very pleased with the quality. This is a solid product built to last. We really enjoy our new enclosed patio. Top notch looks like it was part of the original build.
Excellent team of individuals from the office and sales staff to the installation team. Our remodeled sunroom could not have turned out any better. Highly recommended.
