We had this company install our inground pool three seasons ago and have experienced ongoing problems since the installation. Buying a hot tub should be exciting — instead, it turned into a months-long nightmare thanks to this business. From the beginning, communication was a mess. Set up was delayed without explanation, and when the hot tub finally got set up, it was missing a key part. Rather than taking responsibility, the company immediately blamed the dealer — and then had the audacity to blame us for the issue. We had a new liner, heater and pump installed just recently. Ron and his team were amazing and had everything done when they anticipated the end date would be. They worked tirelessly when it rained one day and I actually had to tell them to come back. Brandon told me he just wanted to get it done for us! You can’t go wrong with this company!
