We had a new liner, heater and pump installed just recently. Ron and his team were amazing and had everything done when they anticipated the end date would be. They worked tirelessly when it rained one day and I actually had to tell them to come back. Brandon told me he just wanted to get it done for us! You can’t go wrong with this company!
Southern Ledge Pools and Patios has been a miracle force for the pool at the Elks Lodge 158 in Springfield, Illinois. As a member, I know that Ron and his crew have maintained the pool, made significant repairs and replaced stale/old parts. SL has been a true asset to our pool community and we appreciate Ron and his crew always helping. I would definitely recommend Ron and Southern Ledge for any of my pool and patio needs! The provide a professional and friendly service!!!
Great and speedy service. We reported an issue with a cracked part that resulted in water loss and an inability to run the pump. A response was received a few minutes later that they would be over to fix it that morning. It was completely fixed and pump was running 4 hours later. So thankful for the speedy response and service.
This company does not deserve 1 star, I wish I could give them ZERO stars. Scheduling: We lined up a new pool install in March 2025. The company would not set up a day for install, kept pushing the install back. When we would call we were told "not sure, the temperature needed to be xyz before they start install." We were advised we would be given prior notice & we were never given notice prior to workers randomly showing up in June 2025. BEWARE!!! Wish I could give 0 stars. And I will start off by saying that I am the last guy who every takes the time to write negative reviews, even when service is sub-par, but this one I just can't let go without warning others... So Southern Ledge installed an automatic cover for our in-ground pool a couple summers ago. I work from my home office so I watched the entire installation.
