Gary knows his stuff - I've been to other places and they bumble around as they try to look up catalogues for spare parts (& they often don't have the experience of using/servicing products so they don't know what is good and what isn't). Every time I walk in, Gary knows exactly what you need, and sorts it out promptly. I won't go anywhere else.
Called in to see about getting my previously repaired grass catcher repaired again and received a very aggressive response. No quote $? Just told me to leave. Got escorted out by a big dude from out the back. Huh ??? However were very friendly previously when I bought the recon mower and catcher. Told me how good their plastic welding process was. Stay away go to Bunnings.
