Similar to others experience here I wouldn't recommend. I called up to ask if they had a specific model lawnmower (I read out the model number) he confirmed they did and put it aside for me as it's sold out pretty much everywhere. Went in and it's a different model number - only slightly different but I think he knew that - I went in with my mum who between her and I now mow the lawns as dad had to go into an aged care home.
