3/7/2022. Approx 12:30PM. I'm on my lunch break, walking up to the Little Ceasar's off Parham Rd in Henrico and a bunch of SLC employees are hanging out in their truck harassing people about their masks, or lack their of. Not worth engaging in public b/c I'm not a child. But neither are they. I was in the market for a lawncare service but I will not be choosing Southern Lawn Care if that's how your employees behave, even if they, too, were on their lunch break.
Tim was a really pleasant guy, but the significant lack of communication, changing treatment plans without discussion, and poor quality of the services delivered then ghosting us after follow up to discuss issues left us feeling swindled.
High quality work at very fair prices. Responsive to the needs of the customer.
Last week worker weed wack my mature lorilipes along side my fence. I haven't received an apology call from owner Steve Burgess, with replacement plants. Possibly this was an oversight.
