Jonathan Beam, Southern Landscape Design was paid to do extensive drainage work, irrigation system and trees and plants. My drainage is worse now! My irrigation doesn't work and I have several dead trees and plants. Jonathan doesn't return calls. Notice that any good reviews are from 2011 and most are written within one month of each other. Do your due diligence before hiring a contractor. I am out tens of thousands of dollars and now must pursue costly legal fees to recoup anything.
Warning!!!! DO NOT USE. – Owner is a Thief. Took a deposit. Cashed the check. Never showed up to work as promised. End of story. Never performed work. Brandon (Sales guy) makes promises, but Owner does not deliver. Unwilling to do work or refund my money. Avoid them like the plauge.
