They waste money on events people don't show up to, they give the CEO a private jet while the renters pay 3 thousand dollars a month for a 2 bedroom with water leaks and missing amenities. Insane this is allowed in north Denver. The leasing agents are wonderful tho.
One of the worst apartment management companies I’ve ever encountered. They have an inability to stay on schedule, communicate information in a timely fashion, or follow through with what they say they will do.
Do NOT live at a Southern Land Company property, especially if you value safety, honesty, and your health!! Just one month after moving in to the Josephine in Philadelphia, a wastewater leak flooded our unit (#1207), affecting our bedroom, kitchen, and closet while I was in a high-risk pregnancy. Instead of handling it responsibly, management downplayed the severity, lied about repairs, and even accused us of lying, despite clear photo evidence.
