Was very disappointed with the initial point of contact for customer service. I contacted Southern Kitchens twice via their website, once via email and twice by phone. On my second phone call I asked the receptionist if she had received my emails to which she had no idea. With this response I kindly asked if she could find one of my emails and send a reply. I gave her my name to ensure she knew who to converse with but still no reply.
