We worked with SK on our kitchen and I was so disappointed. The final bench was installed with chips out of the edges in 3 spots. I asked if they'd be repaired and was told I could pay for a new one or repair with resin myself. The cabinets were custom painted and installed with chips out of the custom paint. We were given a small sample of green paint to mix and repair ourselves. TLDR - Workmanship: Just brilliant. The final product: Absolutely love it. We moved into our new apartment late last year and needed some custom cabinetry done. We had Southern Kitchens do some work in our previous house (which was awesome) so we engaged them again. Dining cabinet buffet. TV stand cabinet. Vanity. Bathroom cupboard. Hallway cupboards. Was very disappointed with the initial point of contact for customer service. I contacted Southern Kitchens twice via their website, once via email and twice by phone. On my second phone call I asked the receptionist if she had received my emails to which she had no idea. With this response I kindly asked if she could find one of my emails and send a reply. I gave her my name to ensure she knew who to converse with but still no reply.
