Dr. Brown and Dr. Collins treated my husband with care and kindness. They resolved the problems in his legs, and follow up was easy. Each member of staff in London and Somerset treated him and I with respect, kindness and always kept us informed about the procedures and how the process was done. I would recommend them to anyone needing their services.
This business is extremely disorganized and patient care suffers for it. My initial visit was odd! I had a mountain of paperwork to complete (without a clipboard and had to use my knee.) This paperwork wasn’t even looked at and had to go over it all again when I was checked in. I spent a few minutes with the NP. It was fine. I was referred for compression fitting. I highly recommend Southern Kentucky Vascular while there Shannon Y took excellent care of me, everyone was great but she was outstanding at her job!
Dr Collin’s and Shannon were great, they are courteous and caring and took good care of me
Was done quickly and efficient with very little pain
