Mrs. Lacóya is the best family practitioner I have had in the whole 20 year journey I've had with my physical health and anytime I've gotten sick in the past 4 months I've been going to her. She found a lipoma in my lower back that after going to the GS to remove, was sitting against the sacrum fascia. It had caused so much nerve pain and mobility issues that even neuro couldn't figure out (or even wouldn't try). Worst place ever doesn't even seem like a real doctors office needed a flu test and they told me to go out of building and drive around back and told me to call them when I got there and I did and they never came out and then I left and they called and said they don't do flu tests lol joke of a place should be closed down
Worst experience I’ve ever had:( and its honestly sad. Went for a common cold and ear infection and the care I received was less than the bare minimum. The NP was late which I didn’t mind. The nurse/doctor that seen me seemed very disorganized. They didn’t have the medical supplies needed in the room to properly care for me. She had the wrong size disposable tips for otoscope and still proceeded to shove the loose tip not connected to the otoscope in my ear. Which then caused extreme pain when she tried looking inside me ear... read more
