Both the receptionists and dentists were rude. They laughed at my grandma’s English speaking. She waited for an hour to finally get to see the dentist, and then they told her they don’t look at implant here!?? When she scheduled an appointment she already told them she would be there for her implant, they should have let her know by that time! Totally irresponsible and waste of time.
(NEKIA LOVE IS THE WORSE PRACTIONER I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I will never go back and bring my kids back ever again!! Very rude and don’t care about your health at all you are rushed in your appointment after waiting HOURS to be seen . Appointment is at 2 your not seen untill 3:15 and then the practitioner is rushing you in the back to explain what you need done. JUST UNPROFESSIONAL. do not waste your time and do not expect them to take your life serious. They are there for a check and to go home.
You will find the most competent medical team in this center. If you are living in the area and in search of an outstanding healthcare provider, this is the best place to go. I’ve been going there for a year now, and my experiences are mostly positive. There have been a few times when the wait was a bit longer than expected, but that’s OK because it is always worth the wait. The treatment plans doctors provide always do magic. Highly recommended!
It took forever to get an appointment and forever to check in. And then you need to wait for the doctor AFTER you were check-in. Which means doctors might be waiting for the patient to check-in as well. And on-line checking is worth nothing too,you still need to check-in in the front. totally wasted time
I surely don't want to give any star! But question is, do these people that work here even care?? This place can make a person regret ever making an appointment coz an appointment anyway doesn't make sense for them. The girls calling patients, it's as if they are starved and can't talk. U have to wait 2&1/2hrs to be seen and when u get in the back room, doctor doesn't come after another hour! My kids seating in the car from 1pm to 6:30 was the most annoying thing I ever seen.
