I scheduled our appointment a week in advance. The appointment was from noon to 3pm today. At 1:45 I reached and confirmed his intent to arrive. The response was, “oh, we had a lightning strike at the farm over the weekend, we can’t make it today, sorry. I’ll call you later to see what we can do for you.” This is a NO-SHOW. I took time off work to be there from 12 to 3, as agreed. If the “lightning struck on the weekend,” why not call this morning and cancel my appointment or reschedule?
