I can't say enough great things about Southern Irrigation's Kelowna branch. Unfortunately there is a forest fire near my cabin and although I live in Vancouver, one quick call with Paul and then the exceptional help provided by Shelley enabled me to get the equipment I needed the next morning. Vic from your Kelowna location went above and beyond today. We needed a seal and Vic went to their facility on a Saturday and met my repairman so he could get one, and not wait until after the long weekend. My repairman is up from Vancouver, and not only does he want to get home for the long weekend if at all possible, time is of the essence for us as well, as keeping a repairman up here for the weekend, or any extra nights is very costly.
