Great place very helpful staff, great new building.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this was a frustrating experience. Customer service was pretty inconsistent—some staff were helpful, but others came across as impatient and not very interested in answering questions. It also felt a bit cliquey, like if you’re not a regular you don’t get the same level of service. Overall, not a great experience and I’d probably look elsewhere next time.
Over the course of a few days I have dealt with quite a few people here. I don't think I have ever been to a business with so many helpful and knowledgeable people. Jarin, Karl, Jocelyn, Evan, and Mike put a lot of combined knowledge and help into getting my well pump issues sorted out.
I love shopping here. The friendly staff makes a huge difference. I simply explain what I need, and they take care of everything—picking the items straight from the shelves, setting them in front of me, and invoicing it properly for my company. The whole process is smooth and efficient. We’re always very happy working with them, and I genuinely enjoy doing business with this team. Highly recommended.
