This is one of the worst water companies I’ve ever been FORCED to use. I hate that they have a monopoly on water here. So dumb. Not only do they add LOTS of chemicals to their water that makes it taste like pool water 90% of the time… they have an outrageous $100 extra charge if you’re one day late. We called them to make a payment and they said they had to call us back. They never called us back and then shut our water off the next day. WITH a $100 fee extra. They provide great service.
I have 4 meters and always pay on time….While trying to ask about a billing issue,I was informed that they close in 3 minutes and hung up on me. These are the most unprofessional people.
They treat their customers horrible. I had a situation where my bill couldn't be paid until the morning of my shutoff date and they still charged me 100.00 late fee on a 66 dollar water bill, even though it was paid before it was shut-off. Disgusting.
