Our ac went out during the hottest time of the year. I called them that morning (Wednesday) and was told it wouldn’t be until Monday that I could get seen. No worries let’s book it I’ll shop around and call if anything changes. By 3 pm I had received several calls from them informing their staff had moved through the whole list and could get to us if we were available.
