Dr. Payne has been my doctor since he came to Washington Parish. If he moved to a different office - so did I. I love all of the people that work in his office. They have always been very patient and helpful to me. I think we are very blessed to have Dr. Payne and his staff! Dawn Mizell
Dr. Payne is a very good and caring doctor. Any questions I've had are answered very thoroughly by him. He takes the time to go over everything and he's very matter of fact. He tells you like it is, and I need that. I'm very fortunate that I found him. He's understanding and empathetic and I'm very appreciative of this.
