Beautiful, peaceful location right next to a beachfront park. Rotary Lodge has excellent amenities — clean kitchens, comfortable public areas, laundry, and a lovely outdoor courtyard that’s perfect for quiet moments. The building is calm and orderly, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The patients staying here are warm and supportive of one another, even while facing incredibly tough circumstances. We are here for cancer treatment, far from home. The lodge is bright, cheery and has a cafeteria that serves three meals a day, plus two snacks. Access to tea, coffee, etc available 24 hours a day.
Zero nutrition...no options for diabetes.... wonderful staff but. Something is wrong with the people who purchase the food staples... fresh would be best and all we are served is processed food out of a frozen box...the "snack fridge" is full of processed cookies etc. This could be better, and apparently sugar is what CANCER loves... please find a solution....we are fighting for our lives...help us.
