Terrible service, no supervision of off the street person they hired to install the insulation. The company Southern sends out a salesman you sign the contract and you never hear from him again. The installer had a cigarette in his mouth the entire time dropping ashes all over I feared he would start a fire in my attic. I had to call them back to clean up.
Good folks at night is a pain to find entrance to this place if u a trucker delivering an get here at night becareful in yard they have many company trucks n might be a pain to turn around that 53 ft trailer. You been warned
Truck #120 going 90mph in a 70mph zone that should be going 65. Dirty truck, too, with a clean "now hiring" sign. Must get whoever they can because they have other reviews talking about the drivers, as well as their craft. Enjoy another 1* for having the same issue 3 years later.
5 in the morning and these guys are out here doing work in a neighborhood waking people up. Asked to be quiet because it's 5 in the morning and people are still sleeping. "hey man I got a job to do" dsld uses these guys, so its always pass the buck to whose fault it is to get them out there that early. it's your fault. your name is on the vehicle. it's on you.
