I took off work early which is an hour away to be at my appointment at 2:30. When I arrived the receptionist was so rude and told me that I was 15 mins late for my appointment and couldn’t be seen. She said my appointment was at 2:15 and I explained to her how I could have sworn it was at 2:30. I explained to her That I drove an hour to be here so then she said she would go ask Dr. Walding if he would see me and he said, “no”. They just just lost my business! Unfriendliness and kindnesses shouldn’t be awarded.
