I did a walk-in on a Sunday and unfortunately didn’t have the best experience. When I first walked in, I picked up a $16 coaster because it was the first thing I saw. A blonde woman came up to me and said, “You can’t just walk in and expect to paint something that only costs $16.” I told her I was planning to paint a plate and coaster, but she still seemed annoyed and told me to find a small table to sit at. The owner was extremely rude and confrontational throughout this experience. I accidentally booked the wrong day for three pottery classes (about $200), which was completely my mistake. The website stated that appointments could be rescheduled, and at the time I booked, I could not find any cancellation or refund policy anywhere on the website. (She has now updated this) I wasn't even asking for a refund. I simply wanted to move the reservation to the correct date, and she still would have kept my business. Instead, she was ... read more

Would not recommend this place at all. Owner was very rude since the very beginning, not helpful at all, very very poor customer service. Doesn’t cost nothing to be nice. My friends and I had a very disappointing experience with the owner. Rather than addressing our concerns professionally, the owner was very dismissive and unhelpful.
