The owner was extremely rude and confrontational throughout this experience. I accidentally booked the wrong day for three pottery classes (about $200), which was completely my mistake. The website stated that appointments could be rescheduled, and at the time I booked, I could not find any cancellation or refund policy anywhere on the website. Would not recommend this place at all. Owner was very rude since the very beginning, not helpful at all, very very poor customer service. Doesn’t cost nothing to be nice. My friends and I had a very disappointing experience with the owner. Rather than addressing our concerns professionally, the owner was very dismissive and unhelpful. We booked a pottery class but a calendar mix-up had us thinking it was Saturday instead of Sunday (Father’s Day), which we couldn’t attend. When we arrived, the owner was dismissive and avoided eye contact throughout the interaction. She claimed we were past the 24-hour cancellation window for a refund or reschedule, though we were actually still 8 minutes before the cutoff.
