Very friendly person, thorough to find out how my wife and I wanted our house to look and worked to get the price in a budget we could afford
Cody came out to the house, and was so nice, and so professional. Our house was a mess, as we are redoing our floors, but he adapted. He took his time with us, explained things well, and made sure he gave us the best deal. I would highly recommend him.
