Our power went out on a Saturday evening, and I called the outage number. Within 30 minutes we had a crew at our house assessing the problem. They determined it was a bad transformer and left to get a new one. They had us up and running within the hour!
Southern Indiana has always been courteous and helpful in anyway possible, when the power goes out it they get right on it and will keep you updated on the problem, I wish they could expand to help people have a great power company
Why all the outages every other day for hours come on its the 21st century
