Why all the outages every other day for hours come on its the 21st century
Always had good service and no issues.
I live southwest of Richland City and had an outage on Thursday Nov.11th. late in the afternoon. I called Southern Indiana Power and the lady who answered said they have someone in the area and he will be by to take a look. The lineman was there within 10 minutes and diagnosed a bad transformer and possible reed switch issue. He called another lineman to get a new transformer brought out and the isolated the problem down to a switch issue as well. I had power in no time.
