We love Dr. Virtue! She takes her time with us to answer all our questions and treats my kids with care and respect. My daughter is six and Dr. Virtue invited her into the conversation asking if she had any questions and letting her know she could jump in the conversation at any time if she had something she wanted to say. She made my daughter feel comfortable.
The sweet x ray tech was AMAZING with our daughter yesterday. Our little girl broke her arm and was nervous about getting x rays and the x ray tech was so patient and kind with her. She explained everything she was doing. She made a point to show us the x rays herself and explained where the break was. She made our daughter a certificate of bravery for doing so well with her x rays. We then had to get a cast and once we found out she was going to be the one who put it on for us we were instantly at peace. We are so thankful ... read more
This office is always running behind schedule. It doesn’t matter if you make an appointment first thing in the morning or if it’s in the afternoon. No one here respects your time.
The physician and intake nurse we saw were phenomenal. However, the triage nurse was very dismissive of my concerns and talked to me in a very condescending tone when I was trying to explain why I wanted my child to be seen. I understand there are protocols they follow but I know my child best. Even if there was "probably nothing they can do for her," if I want my child seen, then that is my prerogative.
