Very welcoming
They are very good at their job even though I have had a different doctor the whole time I have been there I get use to the one I have an abracadabra a new doctor
Extremely difficult to work with and impossible to get an appointment. I was told that because my neurologist has left, they don’t have enough capacity to keep me as a patient and my primary will have to deal with my neurological needs. And if she can’t do it, then she’ll need to refer me elsewhere. I’ve already asked for a referral elsewhere from them but never heard back.
A receptionist should not be allowed to make a decision that can literally decide if someone gets to live. I called and asked how to schedule a new patient appointment, and what their waitlist look like? I was told that I needed a referral and due to their wait list right now that some referrals are being rejected. I informed the scheduler that I have a severe brain malformation, that was found after years of migraines that were unresponsive to medication.
