We had an appointment at 9:45 and got there 10 minutes early. We then set there until 10:45 before getting called back. Then we set in the doctors office for another hour and still counting.

Front desk staff are rude and seem annoyed to have to deal with people. Don't ever expect to call and have someone answer the phone right away. Usually on hold for 10 minutes before anyone ever answers the phone. Most of the nurses are ok. Have been told multiple times, by the front desk staff, how to medicate my children and not bring them in to see a doctor. I got an appointment at the Bloomington office, without question, and one child had RSV and the other a double ear infection.

We love all the Drs and 95% of the nurses here. They're all super good with my kids. Some of the nurses r not adult ppl for sure but they rock with the kids and that's all that matters!!! No matter what the reason for the visit or how sick the kids maybe they always leave with a smile and usually have a good time during the visit. I wouldn't use any other office for my children's care. Also, no matter what the reason for the visit they're always pretty fast. If i go to the Dr it's a 3 to 4 hour ordeal. Office staff is rude and seem bothered when calling or when in for an appointment and you have a question. I've been told by an office staff that my child didn't need to be seen and later the doctor told me that I should've brought my son in. If it wasn't for Dr Sorrells, Dr Jones and Dr Hansen, we would've already found a new drs office.
