Can’t say enough positive things about her. She listens to me. She gives her all to her patients. She recommends non prescription treatments when they make sense. I will continue to travel to be her patient because she cares enough to hear me!
I've been seeing Dr. Renner since 2021. She is knowledgeable in perimenopause issues. Not only is she a smart professional but she also takes time during your appointment to understand who you are. This is a part of medicine I've never encountered. As a professional therapist myself, I believe this is an important part of my Healthcare.
She did not respond to my wife after calling and reaching a receptionist as well as submitting a care form for consult. My wife ended up getting super infected and was bed ridden for 3 weeks and lost out on her whole year of PTO. Also had about 23k in medical bills due to her lack of reaching out. If she had communicated better, maybe the infection wouldn’t have gotten so out of hand.
Karen is a caring, professional with diverse services available. Highly recommend!
