Difficult to get an appointment. Once when I hurt my back, the scheduler wouldn't make an appointment for 2 weeks. I felt like I needed to be seen sooner, but she wouldn't budge. I told her that I'd just go to the walk-in and she used a rude tone of voice when saying "okay". Another time I needed to see my NP and she scheduled me for 3 months later. This office and Paoli hospital has been nothing but problems since I got pregnant with my daughter in 2023. Mixing up my records, 4 doctors telling a million different stories, not taking my risk of preeclampsia seriously, or my blood pressure of 188/119 while pregnant with my son, my cervix started shortening and thinning too early and that as well wasn’t taken seriously, waited almost a month for referrals to Riley hospital for my son and they were never received until I switched doctors offices and finally his new doctor ... read more
