Very nice and very helpful Dr white is so nice and very helpful
The staff doesn’t listen to care they listen to protect themselves from medical records to license number requests. I had an unknown chronic illness that was misdiagnosed by Tyler White. He started me on high dose steroids, which contradict my diagnosis of HEDS and MCAS. After calling the office to try to get help in a genuinely terrified state, the office sent me a certified letter I had to sign for which gave me 30 days to find a new dr and banned me from all 7 locations within SICHC. Amanda Bowman my OBGYN and nurse Stormie are the best. Amanda is brilliant and compassionate, and patient to answer my concerns. Stormie is very prompt and kind. They are prompt and respond quickly to my concerns. PCP Lori Day is very good too. I am very thankful for SICH Bedford and I love their billing system that is very user friendly. Great receptionists Tona too they are very friendly.
They are always really nice and I get good treatment there.
Where is the no star rating option??? Visited this place today and immediately knew I was in the wrong place. From hearing the banter of the staff from my tardiness of 5 minutes and how I can "Just Wait". The provider was not any better. I must say Nancy was very pleasant and welcoming. Needless to say, as an African American, seen there are few and far in between for Tyler White to ask me do I know where I am....Thanks but no thanks. Im glad I made out of there alive.
