Unable to reach front desk from southern immediate care line, when press 2 to reach front desk as instructed will just repeat same message. Rude front desk woman (second time here in the last year, she is cold and gets smart with patients, also noted by others in multiple other reviews). Receptionist very rude and nasty. I booked an appointment for last night bc I was feeling so bad body aches, chills bad headache, and nausea. I walk up to the Receptionist she looks at me rolls her eyes. Started chewing hard on her gum like it was about to run away. Mind you I'm standing there like 2 minutes un-acknowledged and finally she says what. So I asked do you need anything from me or do I need to do anything , she replies No while rolling her eyes. Receptionist at front desk was rude and incompetent. Said I didn’t have a copay. I know I do. As I left I asked her again to check. She huffed and refused. Said if she was wrong they would bill me. Told her I’d like to pay now and avoid the inconvenience. She refused. Hold your breathe for that payment.
Always sweet and warming once I come in the staff overall is amazing . Amazing care .
Doctor trying to give my friend Decadron when they are on Lithium. Doctor not informing patient correctly on that Decadron has a good chance of giving Lithium poisoning.
