He did our warranty work on our Whirpool refrigerator . He didn't know what he was doing. He called the technical support hotline to find problem. After several trips he never fixed it. He had moved our refrigerator so many times he broke one of the back wheels off. I notified whirpool and told to send someone else.
Quick and friendly service. Came out same day and fixed our freezer for a reasonable price. Will definitely save his number in our speed dial for next time an appliance needs repaired.
I recommend Southern Illinois Services to anyone needing appliance repair. They gave prompt, courteous service when they fixed my non-working oven, and did so at a reasonable price. I will definately call them again if I need another appliance repaired.
