First off, this place is a dump. Right? The people that manage the weight station really are what you expect, a little flat and straightforward, but if you mention some dumb small talk with a bit of humor to lift their day, they smile. And this isn’t the wife of someone who called, I’m a decently thick skinned aware person who understands not all days are the best and maybe those times someone seems to be hurting, give them a pat and say thank you for trying. Pretty easy to use...drive onto the scale... get out of vehicle and go to the office. They will ask you what you have, and they will direct you where to go empty your vehicle... Then go back onto the scale again... go to the office.. and pay the fee. It seems to be a flat rate per 1000 lb.. less then $40per load for me...
Horrible customer service today, the woman on the phone was so rude to my husband I guess his questions weren't up to par. I guess you could say her manners were trashy. Next time we will just bring whatever and hope they don't take too much of their time sorting out whats allowed
