GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Dylan was a very pleasant person to work with. He took the time to make sure all our questions were answered. He gave us the best price with a trade in of our Polaris Razor for a new Honda Pioneer. Dylan and his team even stayed after hours on a Saturday evening to assist us with our purchase.They made sure all our needs were met. If I could, I would leave a ZERO! They were all nice and let me trade with them; they paid off what I had, then sold me a PIECE OF JUNK! Lied about it is through the shop, said they just got it in, then said we had it for a while. They will not take it back due to no warranty; I asked was anything wrong with it, was told nothing was wrong, drove it twice, found out it has a LAWNMORE BATTERY, AND THEY HAD NO OIL IN IT! Bought a XP 1000 Sales team so helpful and professional. No bullshit group did everything a buyer could ask. Didn’t get what I wanted exactly with trade in but sales team made huge compensation on parts and made it all work out. Finance department thouroygh and can fix it if you want it
Drove from Tennessee to pick up a nice Honda Rancher Abe and Kenny where the best. No problems and no BS like I was experiencing here in Tennessee. Well worth the drive will do business here again!!
DO NOT GO HERE! They will charge you for unauthorized work. Call Honda corporate and they make it very hard to file a complaint. A lot of paper work, dates, times, names etcetera is required. This takes a lot of time and effort. Rude service manager seems mad at the world and just doesn't care. In fact, he told me just that! Don't chance it. Go somewhere else!!
