I don't think this particular facility is at fault, but the SIH CUSTOMER SERVICE for the MyChart online service and/or 800 customer service number representatives are laughable. Some of the most incompetent, low-IQ, inefficient people I have ever dealt with. I almost have sympathy for them. Payments never posting, messages never returned, inaccurate billing amounts added/deducted. My goodness. Intelligence and education is obviously not a requirement for their position.
