Great appraisal that was quick and very complete. The property was listed for a much higher value but after two years it sold for 101% of the appraisal value. This is extremely accurate. Very complete and accurate.
Wrote false derrogatory comment on my buyer's appraisal. Does not return phone calls. I do not recommend.
TOM is horrible and intentionally lied on my appraisal. I walked him through my entire home and informed him of all the remodeling that was done. He intentionally put on the appraisal the kitchen was not updated and the bathroom had not been updated in 11-15 years. When the entire home inside and most of outside was remodeled within the last year. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! Of course, he low balled me, but I complained to my lender and they are sending a different company.
